52 year female c/o vague bachache.
Case

Findings:
- Evidence of well
defined, rounded, enhancing, soft tissue lesion seen in intradural
extramedullary compartemnt of spinal canal situated at the level of D12-L1 vertebral level on left
side.
- It is isointense to spinal cord on T1W and hyperintense on T2W
images.
- Mass effect seen in the form of moderate compression and
displacement of spinal cord to right side.
- No obvious widening of neural foramina seen.
Diagnosis:
- Meningioma.
DDs:
- Nerve sheath tumour.
