31 yr female with h/o fall from scooty now c/o knee pain........

Findings:

• Severe effusion in knee joint.
• Multiple bony contusions involving femoral and tibial condyles.
• ACL appears irregular and heterogeneous on T2WI and STIR images s/o partial tear.

Diagnosis:

• Partial ACL tear.
