It happens many times that we do not find our normal reporting templates due to some reasons like computer or software problem and it is not less than headache as many patients are waiting and we can not dispatch report due to non availability of templates.
so keeping in this mind , i have uploaded few templates on mediafire website, from where u can easily download it within seconds and don't worry it is not copyright so any body can download it and use it. If anybody having another templates, please send me on my email drdkrane@gmail.com, i will upload it here.
