Case No 3

66 yrs male c/o  breathing difficulty through left nose and mild epistaxis...

Findings;
  • Ill-defined minimally enhancing soft tissue mass lesion occupying entire left maxillary sinus, left sided nasal cavity extending to posteriorly into nasopharynx and oropharynx. No e/o calcification within it. The lesion is slightly pushing nasal septum to right side.
  • The left maxillary sinus walls show sclerotic thickening suggesting chronic nature.
  • No e/o obvious bony erosion / destruction seen in any of the bone.

Most probable diagnosis:
  •    Antrocoanal polyp.
