yrs male c/o breathing difficulty through left nose and mild epistaxis...

Findings;
- Ill-defined minimally
enhancing soft tissue mass lesion occupying entire left maxillary sinus,
left sided nasal cavity extending to posteriorly into nasopharynx and
oropharynx. No e/o calcification within it. The lesion is slightly pushing nasal septum to right side.
- The left maxillary
sinus walls show sclerotic thickening suggesting chronic nature.
- No e/o obvious bony
erosion / destruction seen in any of the bone.
Most probable diagnosis:
- Antrocoanal polyp.
