Findings:
- The most of the neuroparenchyma is replaced by CSF density fluid.
- Only the part of cingulate cortex and right parieto-occipetal lobe
is present.
- Thalamus and basal ganglia are normal.
Most probable diagnosis:
- Hydranencephaly.
Differentials:
- Severe hydrocephalus.
